Serial #3,000,000

The D-3 Millionth celebrates the “& Co.” in Martin’s name—the people behind its legacy. Unveiled at The 2025 NAMM Show, its design mirrors a tree’s cross section, with sycamore, gold, and diamond details marking key milestones in the company's 192-year history. It's a stunning tribute to the past, present, and future.

Serial #2,500,000

In 2022, to celebrate its 2.5 millionth serialized guitar, Martin created the D-2.5 Millionth, symbolizing C. F. Martin Sr.’s journey from Germany to America. Adorned with 436 diamonds, six sapphires, and a ruby, its dazzling star map replicates the night sky C. F. Martin Sr. would've seen as he arrived in New York City in 1833.

Serial #1,500,000

Martin’s "Da Vinci Unplugged," serial number 1,500,000, is a true work of art. With Mona Lisa on the headstock, a pickguard depicting The Last Supper by master inlay artist Harvey Leach, and scrimshaw-engraved mammoth ivory inlays by Bob Hergert, this guitar, unveiled in 2011, captures Da Vinci’s brilliance in every detail.

Serial #1,000,000

To commemorate the milestone of Martin’s 1 millionth serialized guitar in 2004, Chris Martin IV and inlay artist Larry Robinson collaborated to create this unprecedented example of instrument-making artistry. It took two full years to complete, with all the inlays individually cut by hand.

Serial #750,000

Serial number 750,000, known as "The Peacock," is another collaboration with renowned inlay artist Larry Robinson. Completed in 1999, "The Peacock" features thousands of pieces of inlay, including green abalone, paua shell, mother of pearl, 22-karat gold wire, marquise diamonds, and several varieties of Corian.
