Item # 18APP0007

LUXE BY MARTIN® bridge pins are just another example of the company’s mission to constantly improve the tone and playability of our guitars. These high-tech pins are made from Liquidmetal®, a Zirconium alloy, that reflects energy instead of absorbing it. The result is an increase in volume and sustain, without sacrificing the low-end, or richness, of the guitar’s tone. In addition, they are extremely durable and will last significantly longer than most bridge pins on the market today.

Satisfied

I have a 94' Martin 000-1 I installed these on. The Martin always impressed me with it's sound, however changing the pins seemed to make it project more volume. Notes seem to ring out more clearly. I can justify spending some money on it, I paid $400 for the guitar decades ago.

Good investment

Adds a certain sparkle and clarity to the tone! And aesthetically pleasing too, which matters for guitars😊

Great Pins

I purchased these for my HD-28. Personally I love the look. They match the tuner heads. Honestly it is difficult to A/B the sound with a pin swap. I tried my best to work from memory. The tone is a bit louder to my ear from the stock pins. The guitar seems to resonate more also. It may be a little crisper too, string clarity wise, giving an impression of a little brightness. I still have all the bass and mids I did with the stock pins. This is not a drastic change, but it did improve the overall sound imho.
